FMS very slow after Autumn 2016 update

Is anyone else having issues with FMS being very slow to process purchase orders and general ledger processes?

In salary projections and auto-reconciliation of data transfer files, FMS is crashing or timing-out; clearing the suspense file is taking 10+ minutes for individual items whereas it used to take only 30 seconds.

These problems have started since we applied the Autumn SIMS upgrade in December 2016.

Any suggestions as to what this might be or how to correct these issues - I think it may be an issue with indexing to the SQL sever?

We suffered huge slow downs but after the Summer upgrade in Purchase Ordering, after many (And I mean many) calls to Capita they pointed out that we had a huge amount of linked cost centers and ledger codes - Finance are working through un-linking them so I'm yet to know if this is the actual issue but it does sound a likely culprit. Maybe worth a look?
