Is there a way for the head to look at private linked documents in SIMS?

Yes if they know what they are doing and have admin rights in Sims. I thought you could browse the doc server directly, but the file are encrypted. Edited January 24, 2017 by Banjo

What rights would they be within SIMS? I've had a look through but nothing jumped out at me.

 

I've got admin rights but i cannot see private documents.

I thought private documents could only be seen by the creator?

If you have sysadmin rights, reset the password of any user and logon as any one you like.
