Authoring Tools for LMS

Just been wondering what tools do you use to make content for LMS. Googling, I've found these tools:

Any other suggestions? Anybody used them before?

I liked composica - it looks really nice. Also forces by elearningforce seems to be fine for the price they ask...

Flash. I mostly create widgets that load data in via an XML file and can be reused. I'm currently developing a system to let teachers add their own data/images/etc and get a nice Flash-based widget they can insert into PowerPoint or use in a web page or VLE. I'd also recommend Content Generator and (when it gets going) Ode.
