Adding public folder calendars automatically to users

Morning all,

 

As the title says, we still have some public folder calendars, and one of my users has just created a new one and wants all lecturers and managers to have it attached. Is there any powershell/other way to automagically attach these to the users who need it, or is it still the case of issuing instructions to find it and add it to favourites?

 

Exchange 2013(on WS2012R2)/2016(on WS2016) coexistence, but most users still on Ex2013 mailboxes. Outlook 2010/2013/2016 mix on W7/W10
