Worldpay IWL258 Terminal and proxy access

Morning all

 

It looks like I need to create a SOCKS server on-site as the terminal above only support that as a proxy rather than our preferred http.

 

How can I best go about this and keep it secure? I don't have a smoothwall or anything useful at the site where this is although it is behind SWGfL, just standard Microsoft stuff. I've tried Worldpay and also Ingencio who make it without success...

Do you have any spare ports in your grid router? Could just get one unfiltered and use that as the route the terminal goes out unless you want to play with proxy conversion etc

Good idea, I'll give SWGfL a ring and see what they suggest...
