Access Database question

Hey there.

 

It's been several years since I've worked in Access, but I just created a database in Access 2010. When I first created it, the form's design view and form view were the same size within the window. After working with it for a while, the form view is now different. The body of the form takes up the whole window - it doesn't stop at what I think is the edge of the form. The heading at the top is the correct width, but the body just keeps on going. I can't pinpoint what I did that caused this change & I don't want to start from scratch. I've attached a pic of each which view which I think makes it clear what I'm trying to say.

 

Any ideas?
