Anyone use Join Me?

Hi All,

 

We have been using Join Me for visually impaired students for a few months, however recently the software has been failing upon opening stating "Join Me could not be updated".

 

This happens usually around the same time for all users and we have 12-15 teachers who need to use it.

 

The only way around it that i know of currently is uninstalling it, and starting a new meeting from the website which will then install the web app.

 

Has anyone had a similar issue with this?

Its probably not much help to you, but i had quite a few issues with it and moved to VNC viewer. However, i only used it in one classroom so it was a little easier for me to just switch.
