onedrive sync client data (local)

has anyone tried copying the local copy of onedrive data from one pc to another? Im highly tempted to move all my stuff from my getting long in the tooth microserver to onedrive but id rather not upload 10s of gbs of data and then have 4 pcs download it all from the cloud if i can just let one pc do a full sync then copy that folder to the others (thats got to be much quicker)

I've not tried it, but I imagine that will be fine. It might take it a while to check through all of the files to make sure they are all the same though. Could also potentially update the cloud ones each time because of the modified date / time.

thats what i thought hmm might just leave one on to upload one night and then turn rest on all weekend lol
