Windows 10 - Mandatory Profile

Afternoon all,

 

I'm currently working with about 20 tablet devices all running Windows 10 Edu 1607 and classic shell and I'm struggling with student desktops.

 

We currently use mandatory profiles for our staff and students. If I logon to one of these devices as a member of staff, they pick up the correct desktop icons. However, if I logon as a student, their desktop is blank.

 

As an additional, neither staff or students pick up the correct start menu....but one thing at a time :-)

 

Anyone got any suggestions as what to look at as I'm a bit stuck :-(
