Websites with port number cant access from server 2012 R2

Hi,

I cant access a website with port number from my server WIN2012R2 but I can access from my user machines.

I added exception in my server firewall for Port 8000. Still its not working . Can you guys help me to resolve this?.

 

eg - domain.com:8000
