Classes and Courses

Hi

As my name suggests I am new to this role. with no training yet and an approaching census. Despite contacting our tech support for over a week I am no closer to a solution. I have 2 issues:

 

1. We have started the new Cambridge Technicals and although we can see these in Course Manager they have no QAN's. Local LA support say we need a patch to enable the base data to be imported in to Exams Organiser. Do we need to do this by Thursday - we can put the students on the course and set the Learning Hours just not see the QAN?

 

2. Within an BTEC class for Y13 I have student doing the Sub Dip in 1 year - through the Y13 class and attendance at Y12 lessons, but not in 1 Y12 class entirely, to get the GLH correct I effectively need pupils in the same class doing different courses with different GLH. Is this even possible and if so how?
