Contact us Form deleted..:(

Can you help me how to put back the contact us form? I think I mistakenly deleted it..

 

I hope I don't have to install it again, as I already done alot of work on the site.

You need to make a new contact. Im not 100% how you do it.

I went to the "Manage Contacts", and all it shows is how to create a new contact, "literary". What I actually need is the form, where visitors can submit queries.

You make a new contact input the details. Then enable forms or contact by from something like that. You do that in the settings for the contact.
