Stuart-Hannah Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 Afternoon, Just been thinking of making life easier by putting together forms for staff when they raise things on the helpdesk so we can get things seen to quicker. For example I have just made a form for staff to use when they request the controlled assessment accounts. Does anyone do anything like this and if so, what else do you typically cover. Or am I making things more hassle. Still 'learning' as I go, trying to fix the world one step at a time. Stuart
Steve21 Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 Some things we do, but like your example of CA its so rare to have them seems a waste of time really especially when some CA need XYZ year others needs AJT etc etc, coould end up making billions Like Toner Required, we then use a blank box for the colour/printer etc Steve

Staff can either access it via the link on the intranet homepage, or just email helpdesk@..... if they're out of school or on iPads etc... Works really well for us here... We do the same with CA accounts here, so some students have ended up with 3 or 4 different accounts, and teachers requesting access when needed - it's the only way of keeping them secure, though we lock/unlock them by class, rather than individually... the chances of anyone else knowing they're unlocked after school etc. and being around to access them anywhere else is pretty slim...
