RDS Skype for Business Online

Evening all,

 

We are evaluating VDI solutions, and I am currently looking at 2012R2 RDS.

 

It does everything I want it to do, apart from SfB Online, no camera passthrough and sound leaves a lot to the imagination.

 

There is a Lync/SfB plugin that apparently works with SfB on-prem, bit not for Online.

 

Anyone in the same boat, and have come up with a solution for this? We use SfB quite a lot these days and it is a deal breaker

 

If I can go RDS, then a lot of cost on licensing(Citrix, etc) is not needed, and I can put my budget to sh*t hot hardware and just need TS licences on our EES(VDA should be covered as we are going to use our licenced desktops as thin clients)
