MDT 2013 windows 10 sysprep and capture not working

I'm still finding my feet in the imaging world of IT and am a bit stuck on the following.

 

Had MDT 2007 with windows 7 x86 images. Have updated to MDT 2010 then 2013, images still deploying OK.

 

But know we are looking at deploying Windows 10 so thought it would be just a case of importing the windows 10 operating system and updating deployment share.

 

Now when trying to capture my windows 10 reference PC with the built in Litetouch and sysprep & capture after a few mins it finishes with about 17 errors.

 

So I read up and created a new task sequence which includes the sysprep & capture task. This runs but only for about 5 seconds and says operating system install completed with no errors.

 

I must be missing something obvious, or it is the upgrade that it didn't like, any help would be most helpful and I will send or post any files or info that may be needed.

Don't know if you've resolved your issue already but hopefully this may help:

What version of MDT are you using?

I know I had issues with MDT 2013 Update 1 and when Update 2 came out it resolved them.

Also make sure you got the latest Windows ADK installed there was a 1602 version released and I had the first version that came out at release which I think had some bugs. If you're downloading and using latest Windows 10 ISO 1607 you need 1607 ADK to match.

 

With all of that installed. I would try just setting up separate deployment share to test on. First just making sure a reference machine builds and then capturing.
