New FMS SQL - problem loading with a specific printer

We have recently upgraded to FMS SQL. In one school, it will simply not run after installation with the current printer installed (Epson C900 Laser). Selecting a different printer allows the software to run, but this isn't really an option because this is the local printer.

Try and install the HP laserjet 4 printer driver instead of the epson one. It is a basic driver which I believe all printers can use through emulation. It will not have the options available from the printers native driver but should be good enough for basic printing.

This is the age old DOS printer problem.
