Having issues with Google play for education

Hi, When I try to enroll new devices with the Android Device Enrollment app, I get an error saying 'Your domain is not enrolled'. I tried following the instructions to enable google play for education which is what apparently fixes this error, but I think they might be out of date and I can't find the link it's asking me to find. There is also no option to ignore this error.

I am using Nexus 7 Tablets.
