Photorec Recovery software

Using photorec to recover about 5gb worth of data from 120gb sata drive.

 

 

I know it can be a slow process, but this thing has taken 48hours so far and its not even half way through, I know it probably scans every segment of the disk but theres only 5gb worth of stuff on there, should it be taking this long?

 

Is there a quicker solution?

Still 120gigs is a lot of data, but it shouldnt take that long.
