Custom content in Smoothwall unblock request?

Hi all,

 

Hopefully a simple one. As the tile states, I would like to change the content of the email we get from unblock requests to include the user's group and the category that it was blocked for. Is this possible? If so, can someone point me in the right direction please

 

I had a brief search on the web and on here but can't see anything about it. That being the case, I'm guessing that we can't, though it'd be good to know so I can stop looking!

Do you mean the email from following the link in the block page? You can just set up custom block pages and then edit what you need to your heart's content. There's plenty about the custom pages in the Help files.
