Being a cautious type I haven't rooted or installed the beta. Following the link in this thread: http://www.edugeek.net/showthread.php?p=1464042 I found that there's a way to get this OTA. Install Cloud VPN from the Play Store and set your location to France. The phone then detects that it's not running the latest version and updates

 

Now running 3.02 and looking the fingerprint integration with other Apps. Lastpass is much easier now.
