IT Technician (Prep with AV Support)

 

To provide a whole school IT support, as a member of the wider IT support team, for both students and staff

with a focus on ‘hands on’ classroom support. The IT Technician (Prep) will be primarily based in the Prep

and Pre-Prep School though the role will require flexibility. This post will also work with and deputize for the

AV Technician when required.

 

The post-holder will work all year round, a flexible 37½ hours per week, usually between 8.30 am and

5.00 pm including a total of one hour of unpaid break per day to be taken on a rota basis. Participation in

out of hours work will also be required. The working year is 52 weeks including paid holiday entitlement.

Holiday entitlement is a pro-rated 5 weeks in addition to bank holidays.

 

Salary circa £25,000 dependent upon skills and experience. Salaries are reviewed annually on 1st September.

There is a probationary period of six months and the appointment is subject to employment vetting checks

including satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
