newpersn Posted May 30, 2016 Posted May 30, 2016 Tomorrow I have been asked if I can sort our wireless out. We keep running out of wireless address on our wireless range. (38) We got stuff on the following vlans Vlan2 = services (.32) Vlan3 = main network 1 (.33) Vlan4 = main network 2 (.34) Vlan5 = it rooms (.35) Vlan6 = outside buildings (.36) Vlan8 = wireless networks and ip phones (.38) We got nothing on our .37 range and would like to move our wireless network range to use 37 and 38. I guess I would need to change our routing table to reflect that change. What else would I need to consider? Any ideas?
snagrat Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 I'm not sure where super scopes will come into play here? Just redesign your VLAN so it becomes a /23 subnet (assuming it is /24 now)
