Outlook 2016 and One Drive links

Hi everyone

 

just wondering if anyone has run into this issue before:

 

we recently upgrade to office 2016 through office 365 and only today someone has mentioned this to me that they had been sent links from a onedrive account in an email but for some reason those links do not appear in outlook 2016. They only knew about the links because they appear on the phone email client and then after a bit of checking I found the links also show on the OWA site but again not in the outlook 2016 client.

 

We have sent this a number of times and the result is the same no links showing in outlook but they are appearing on the phone and OWA.

 

Has anyone come across anything like this happening?
