Adding device to Apple DEP

Hi All ok, so a few months ago we signed up for Apple DEP and its all come through, now we want to add some of our New devices on there, we currentley have them set up but would like to add them to DEP.

I go in to manage Device> Choose by Serial number>add serial number>Assign to server then select my MDM(Meraki) click ok and I get the error.

the error file is an excel spreadsheet, with the seriasl number and

You need to have your Apple reseller add them onto DEP first.

And...

 

Then ask your reseller to put in a request for you, you can't just add the devices without making a request from them
