The Governors, Head Teacher, Senior Leaders and children wish to appoint an ICT Network Manager from 1st September 2016 (with potential for an earlier start to allow for a hand over from the current post holder) to ensure the smooth operation of the Schools ICT systems to support education on a day to day basis as well as develop systems to ensure future needs are met. The support of the administrative function of the school is also essential.

 

We are seeking an individual with the necessary qualifications & experience to manage the virtual servers, networks, hardware and software installations within the school to ensure the day to day operation of systems is a smooth as possible. The successful applicant will be flexible in their approach to work, willing to deliver structured training at the appropriate level and provide general advice guidance and support on an ad-hoc basis. Support of IT prior to, during and post lessons will be a feature of this post as will be the provision of technical advice and guidance to Senior Leaders and governors on “best value” during procurement exercises.
