Gardinho Posted February 5, 2008 Posted February 5, 2008 Hi Guys, We have purchased the above weatherstation for Geography and am having big problems accessing the WV32 activeviewer which accesses the weather view 32 server, has anyone else installed one of these? The support is in the US and has been pretty abysmal. Many thanks, David
laserblazer Posted February 5, 2008 Posted February 5, 2008 The UK support is pretty good. We had a problem with the temperature sensor and they sent us a new one foc with concise fitting instructions. Their contact details should be in manual.

You could also ask for help on the cumulus weather forum at sandaysoft. Not too impressed with the quality of the Davis hardware and software, considering the cost.
