User history in SIMS

Is it possible to see what SIMS users have been accessing whilst logged in? Its nothing particularly sinister but a potential safeguarding issue worth exploring.

This was discussed here recently (sorry cannot find the thread on mobile!), SIMS currently does not have granular usage logging, but there seems to be growing demand for it.
