ItIsWhatItIs Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 Hi Everyone, We are a Google Apps district and we change our passwords 4 times a year. After our password changes we ask our teachers to sign back into Chrome and the Google Drive desktop app, but they always forget. This becomes a problem because they think the files they are saving to the Google Drive folder are snyc'ing (even though they are not signed in...). Also, they are not available on the Google Hangouts extension because they didn't sign back into Chrome. Any suggestions that would help remind our staff to sign back into Chrome/Drive after password changes? As in a more noticeable alert that they are not signed back in or forcing them to read simple instructions post-password change?
southhamster Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 In the GAFE administration console users there's a tick box in user settings to force users to sign back in. Not sure if you can set it for everyone but it should be possible.
