IT Technician

Full time.

Salary circa £21,000 depending on experience.Francis Holland School seeks a junior level IT Technician to provide 1st/2nd line support to the school’s users. You will be required to resolve both technical and user support issues and provide high quality service at all times.

 

 

 

You will be responsible for the logging of incidents and the support of school servers, laptops, PC's, thin clients, printers, phones, A/V and networks.

 

 

 

You MUST HAVE at least one year's professional support experience and ideally will have excellent problem solving skills. You will be able to set-up and install PCs, set-up user and email accounts, connect devices to standard and wireless networks, perform basic printer support and provide generalist IT support. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be well presented.
