Safe Mode - failed

Last known Good Config - failed

Go back to Previous Build - out of time

Reset PC - failed

 

Any other ideas

Sorted it !!

 

Disabled automatic recovery using "bcdedit /set (default} recoveryenabled no" at the C: prompt in Command Prompt from Recovery Environment

 

Restarted

 

Message came up about Rapport digital signature

 

Disabled two files from Rapport in windows/system32/drivers

 

BINGO !
