Government Advice - Remote Backup of Data

Hi,

 

Last year I found a government website which went in to some detail about why UK schools should use an offsite backup strategy for their data and not just rely on tapes and taking them offsite but I now cant find it again - even with the mighty Google.

 

Any pointers? Must be a UK government website.
