Add remote resource feed url to users automatically

I would like to give staff the ability to run a script that automatically adds the remote app feed url and adds the apps to their start menu.

 

1. How do you guys achieve this - or do you just send them to the gateway landing page

2. Is this even possible? it used to be in 2008. I just went to remote desktop manager and created config file.
