Sibelius 6.2 and nVidia graphics cards - Video Issue

Hi, bit of a wild shot in the dark but hey...

 

On PC's running Sibelius 6.2 and an nVidia graphics cards if I import a video using Play, Video & Time, Add Video it just shows in a black window and doesn't preview. On any other type of graphics card the same video previews and plays without an issue.

 

All PC's are running the identical codecs etc, the only thing that's different is the hardware.

 

Anyone come across this and/or fixed it?
