Cutover migration errors

I'm in the middle of a cutover migration from Exchange 2010 to 365 but keep getting errors when running the cutover batch. There are a total of 137 mailboxes to migrate but I get 20 mailboxes with errors. I've re-run the cutover batch time and time again and it's always the same mailboxes which give the errors. There are 2 different errors listed in the report.
