HAP+ setup assistance

Hi All, I really hope someone can help me out a bit here. I am in the process of setting up a HAP version 10 install, we have had a version 7 on site for a few years now and it has worked well for us.

 

I followed the useful setup video that is provided and have deleted the relevant content from the web.config and set up all the necessary folder permissions. I have imported a valid cert and bound it to 443 for the HAP website.

 

But, on http://localhost/hap/setup.aspx I am seeing red crosses on Services Activated: and General:

 

When I go to http://localhost/hap/API/setup i am seeing the following error:

 

Server Error in '/HAP' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Right, I changed localhost to the actual hostname and it works
