SLT would like all students to have wifi/internet for research/learning. as its a BYOD solution we just want to be able to monitor what's going on etc
Joanne Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 I guess you would have to create a seperate SSID on your WiFi system for the kiddies to connect their own devices to. Then a login box for the filtering system (we use lightspeed here - but don't do BYOB), so then the internet would be restricted and you would have usage logs per user. Lightspeed can be set to link up to Active Directory and all that jazz. I'm sure someone who actually does that will be along soon. Might want to change your title though - MDM wouldn't really be used in a BYOD scenario 1
