No idea what it means Ive done this: net stop wuauserv net stop cryptSvc net stop bits net stop msiserver ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old net start wuauserv net start cryptSvc net start bits net start msiserver And still no luck, When i tick the "Check online for updates from Microsoft Update" it takes about 10mins and tells me there no updates. (I know this isnt the case as i got Office 2016 installed the other day) Any ideas?
