[Exchange 2013] ADFS / WAP / OWA - ADFS cert has rolled over, OWA unavailable

We migrated my standalone Exchange 2010 server to a cluster of 4 Exchange 2013 servers, with 2 Database Server with a DAG and 2 Client Access Servers which was set up by a 3rd party, pretty much a year ago.

 

They have implemented WAP and ADFS (2 of each clustered) as well, however as of the last 24 ours signing into OWA through ADFS is no longer working..

 

From researching today it seems the ADFS certificates have rolled over, and I have tried step 7 on this Technet page, and run the following commands on Rall the exchange servers to add the Thumbprint of the newly self-generated Primary Certificates, and restarted IIS

 

But this doesnt seem to work. I have also exported the certs and tried to import them into the certificate store on the CAS servers, but this didnt make any difference.

 

Ive never really used ADFS much before and not sure where to go next for troubleshooting this... after I enter my credentials at ADFS i just get a https://mail.mydomain.com.au/?authToken={long_alphanumeric_string}

 

Is anyone able to offer some advice please?
