[sims] Groupcall emerge running?

Our Sims has become unusable this afternoon, we can't even log in. The only thing running on the server is Groupcall Emerge Service and I am not sure what we have that would use this. We obviously have the Xporter running for county data and thrid party apps, but we don't have Emerge so I don't know why it's running. Does a third party product use this?

Nothing that I've seen, only Emerge obviously

 

If you open the Emerge console does it show it doing anything? Maybe an old demo you had installed?

Contact Groupcall as it shouldn't hang your system. They do a quick direct link to the data, it shouldn't be hanging, unless a full reset has been triggered on the job, or loads of data has changed.
