Link to O365 Site that goes directly to local ADFS login, not global O365 login page

I have several Sites created in O365 that I want to provide links to users to.

 

If I just point the link directly at the site's URL (i.e. https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/sitename), it will always present the user with the global O365 login page (i.e. login.microsoftonline.com) where the user has to enter their whole email address as username, which then redirects to my local ADFS login page.

 

I am looking for a way to make a link that goes directly to my local ADFS login page, but then redirects them to the site if they successfully login.

 

Almost like passing a parameter to the ADFS login page with a redirect link after they are successfully logged in...is that possible?
