Popular Post 6Foot2 Posted July 12, 2017 Author Popular Post Posted July 12, 2017 The first post in this thread had an image with text. The image has been deleted from Twitter. This is what the text said: When I worked at BMP, the Head of Television commuted in from Brighton every day. He started reading The Exorcist on the train. He said he thought it was the most evil book he’d ever read. In fact, he said it was so evil he couldn’t finish it. So, at the weekend, he went to the end of Brighton pier and threw it as far as he could. So I went to the bookshop. I bought another copy. Then I ran it under the tap. And left it in his desk drawer. For him to find. 5
Popular Post GrumbleDook Posted July 12, 2017 Popular Post Posted July 12, 2017 Does anyone remember Badger, Badger, Badger? Imagine sharing an office with two others and leaving it running in the background, too low for them to hear ... and then turning it a little every 15-30 mins ... And then come back from fixing a printer to see them nodding their head in time to the music and muttering it under their breathe. That earworm can then be reactivated at *any* point by just saying, "mushroom, mushroom" quietly under your breathe ... Imagine you did that every day for a fortnight. A person that did that must have a terrible mind! 5
