Steve21 Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 Afternoon All, Don't suppose there's been any mumours of if the Ruckus Bundles are making a return this year? Thanks, Steve
Net-Ctrl Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Morning Steve, At present there are no promotions running as a number finished at the end of September. They will hopefully be announcing some new ones shortly. Last time they had a bundle promotion, rather than having the ZD and AP bundles together, they just did AP bundles and you could buy the ZD separately at a discounted price. Most recently they were running an trade-in promotion, where users could trade in any manufacturer APs for Ruckus at a discounted cost. As soon as we hear more on the promotion front, i will let you and the EduGeek community know Josh 1
Haptic Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Hi Steve, somewhat pertinently timed post as we are pleased to announce that Ruckus have just announced a new 10 AP based offer for all clients looking to take advantage of industry leading 802.11ac Access Points. The AP's covered by this promotion are as follows: R710 Wave 2 802.ac R700 R600 R500 T300 T301 We are also currently running a Haptic exclusive upgrade for customers with ZD1000 and ZD1100 controllers, for full details and pricing please contact your Haptic Account Manager or PM us with your details. Thanks 1
Net-Ctrl Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 haha beat me to it @Haptic As described above the new Ruckus promotions have just been released. Even if you need less than 10 APs speak to us to take advantage of the best EDU pricing available. Josh 1
Steve21 Posted October 6, 2015 Author Posted October 6, 2015 (edited) Haha Ruckus must be spying on the board! Will drop some emails tomorrow as need to start planning the wireless refresh to get paperwork into governors etc On a side note what is the "10 AP" deal? Thanks, Steve Edited October 6, 2015 by Steve21
Net-Ctrl Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 The 10 AP promotion rewards end users that buy APs in packs of 10 with additional discount. It's similar to the old bundle promos, but without a controller. As i mentioned above, even if your count falls less than 10, premium resellers like us and others on this forum can take advantage of special EDU pricing so you still get a great deal. The easiest way for us to see which would be the cheapest option for you is to send over your kit list, we will then need to register your interest with Ruckus, if it get's approved we can review the best option for you. 1
