I suspect just that will happen, to which they'll respond with making the main page a landing page, with a 'Log me out!' button that executes whatever code rather than doing it immediately.

I believe that someone took a look into the code and the website just uses the logout URL for the websites to clear your login session although I'm unsure if that's for all of the websites on the list.
