caraboux Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 Been getting several schools reporting an issue that they are unable to send attachments using the 365 OWA. The device is connected to the internet as you can see from the taskbar. This is happening on more and more machines and is causing real problems. The machine is running win7 pro on a school domain (Server 2012) This issue has just started happening over the last couple of weeks. Has anyone got any ideas as to what may be causing this or how I could diagnose this further.
Steve21 Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 Is it deffo O365? On Exchange 2013 it's normally an issue if things aren't set right but wouldn't have thought it's same on 365 Steve
caraboux Posted September 15, 2015 Author Posted September 15, 2015 Yes, its definitely 365 on Exchange 2013 -
Steve21 Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 So is it OWA on Exchange 2013? OWA on O365 or you using Hybrid 365? As obviously normally those using 365 won't have exchange etc. As if you're having problems with OWA on Exchange 2013 that's normally linked to the authentication/bindings of the OWA site Steve
caraboux Posted September 15, 2015 Author Posted September 15, 2015 In that case its OWA on O365. I thought that used exchange 2013. This is ultimately managed by the LEA. I just need to try and determine whether this is a local issue, a network issue or a Microsoft issue or a combination. Sorry I cant give you more info on this.
