Force subscription to internet calendar - O365/Outllok2013

Hi,

 

I have been asked if it is possible to subscribe all staff to a Google webcalendar. We are using O365 and Outlook 2013. I thought it would be simple but after an hour of googling, i have to admit - i'm stumped! I'm not even sure if it's possible but if someone could tell me if and how they have done it - that would be great!
