auto logon - like netplwiz- script

I have been looking for a script that trigger a auto logon, like run-> netplwiz does.

 

The setup:

 

2 profiles:

Administrator

User

 

The Administrator has a password

The USER cannot have a password, this is very crucial.

 

When the pc is reboot the USER will auto logon,,every time.!

 

It as to be able to be deployed via SCCM
