Dynamic Learning website Problem

Hello I wonder if anyone can shed any light on my problem When a student logs on to the dynamic learning website (dynamic-learning.co.uk) and navigates to a course a #2046 error comes up with a prgress bar. Previously this site has been working for the last year. The only change is IE 11 and flash player 18 have been installed. However when a member of staff browses to the site all seems fine so it can't be these two changes. I have tried chrome same problem. I have added all the exceptions to my web filtering still no joy.....I have come to a very frustrating dead end. The rest of the site is working fine and students can download powerpoint courses.

 

Update...I think I have found the answer.....If I add 'fpdownload.adobe.com' to the list of unfiltered sites on the web filter proxy it works....hopefully won't have any knock on effects on anything else....
