rrrrr Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Hi All, we have just recently created all our new year 7 email addresses and one student is getting an error. The guy who looks after exchange is currently off work, and my exchange knowledge is limited so need some advice. As he is a new year 7, he has never used this mailbox so it doesn't matter if we delete and recreate it as there is no emails to keep for him I would like to keep his AD account in tact if possible When he logged into OWA he gets the below error :-( something went wrong Sorry, we can't get that information right now. Please try again later. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk. X-OWA-Error: ScriptLoadError;undefined X-OWA-Version: undefined X-FEServer: EXCHANGE X-BEServer: undefined Date: 02/01/1601 16:01:58 Any ideas? step by step would be great!

Have you tried upping the OWA logging and having them log in again to try and catch the actual error? 1

Have you tried upping the OWA logging and having them log in again to try and catch the actual error? I will check this out in the morning. I logged in to owa as the user on my office pc and got same error. As it was one user i thought recreating him was simplest route. Where would i find the logs to check for errors? Sorry, i never normally deal with exchange
