Exchange 2003 and RAM v2

Hi

 

I have RAM v2 installed on my XP sp2 PC (with admin pack installed)

 

When I make a staff member account with an Outlook Mail box it fails and says it cannot create a Mailbox..

 

And the error is

 

cannot access IMailboxStore - are Exchange Management Tools installed

 

I then get my Exchange 2003 disk to install the tools but it will not allow me to go further then the component selection and everything is greyed out..

 

any ideas ?

You need IIS installed to install the Exch admin tools so it might be that?

reinstalled IIS and Server 2003 Admin tools and still the componants are greyed out ?

 

Any ideas ?
