2012 R2 ADFS Secondary Node Error

So my Primary node is working great. I then add the secondary node to my ADFS and I get this error. Cant seem to find an article out there anywhere about it.

 

I get this error when trying to see if it is working correctly.

 

https://io-adfs02/federationmetadata/2007-06/federationmetadata.xml

 

ERROR:

 

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://io-adfs02 again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol. Please contact the site administrator.

 

The SSL is a good and it was exported correctly from the IO-ADFS01 server.

 

Any Help..would be appreciated.
